Our Superior Plus Villas, sleeping up to 5 people, offer you self catering accommodation making it like home from home for your holiday at Waterside Park. These villas were refurbished in 2011 with comfort and quality in mind.

Overview
All of our guests will receive a welcome pack at the start of their stay with us. This pack includes a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar and biscuits. Also included are a dish cloth, scourers, tea towels, oven gloves, hand towel and bath mat.

These recently refurbished Villas are finished to a very high standard, including many extras such as TV/DVD with Freeview and ipod docking station. The kitchen is finished in beech with under cupboard lighting, and includes a washer dryer, coffee machine and all new appliances, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

The lounge includes fitted air conditioning to control the temperature for the room with new furniture for 2011. The Master bedroom has brand new furniture finished in beech and cream. It also has a TV with Freeview, secure safe, hair dryer and a balcony with table and chairs. Some of the villas have a sea view over the roof tops from their balcony. The second and third bedrooms are also finished in cream and beige with new bedroom furniture.

The ground floor outside decking has a table and chairs to enjoy the summer evenings, whilst a storage unit is provided for securing your bikes and villa parking is located at the rear of the villa. The site has lovely views of the Suffolk coast and the beach is a 10 minute walk for the site.

Our maintenance and cleaning teams are on hand during your stay for any problems that may arise. Waterside Park maintains an afterhours emergency service for all privately owned villas.
