Our Superior Villas offer self catering accommodation making it like home from home for your holiday at Waterside Park.

All of our guests will receive a welcome pack at the start of their stay with us. This pack includes a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar and biscuits. Also included are a dish cloth, scourers, tea towels, oven gloves, hand towel and bath mat.

The villas sleep up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has its own outside balcony with a table and chairs provided. The twin bedroom has a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, while the single room has a bedside cabinet.

Towels and bedding is included in your stay, and will be made ready for your arrival. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge [please check availability when booking], but this does not include cot bedding. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and we ask that you please leave as you find it.

The living room is very comfortable, with 2 leather sofas to relax in and watch the 22inch flat screen freeview TV/DVD, or listen to your music with the integrated iPod dock. A dining table and chairs are there for your comfort at meal times.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full set of crockery, cutlery and additional cooking utensils is included. There is also a washing machine with ironing board, iron and a clothes airer.

Just outside the villa is a decked area, with table and chairs for the summer evenings. There is also available a storage unit which will house up to 4 bikes securely. Parking for 1 vehicle is provided.

Our maintenance and cleaning teams are on hand during your stay for any problems that may arise. Waterside Park maintains an afterhours emergency service for all privately owned villas.

We accept up to a maximum of 2 dogs in Villa 80 only, as it has a wooden floor downstairs. A small charge and terms and conditions apply.
