Newly refurbished and continually maintained, all villas have air conditioned living rooms, and with 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 5 people in comfort. Choose from 5 Superior Villas and 5 Superior Plus Villas for your self- catering family holiday, short stay or Long Term Lets.

All of the villas have been given new furniture, linens and carpets to make sure your stay is like home from home, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday on the East Anglian sunshine coast.

Waterside Park continues to improve the onsite facilities, with the completion of renovations to the outside heated pool, a new bar and restaurant with children’s play area, a pitch and putt golf course and a mini gym. Onsite facilities also include a grocery shop, laundrette and hair and beauty salon for your stay.
